Prior to joining Athos Partners, Simon founded an investment & corporate finance advisory boutique in Warsaw.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the International University of Monaco.

Simon is fluent in German, French, English and Polish.

Emma has over 16 years of experience in finance & support and accounting.

Prior to joining Athos Partners, Emma worked as Head of Finance at the International Emerging Film Talent Association (IEFTA), as COO at Mothers of Africa (not for profit organisation) and as an Accountant in a family office based between Monaco and Switzerland. Prior to that, she gained experience as a Controller at McLaren Group, McLaren Property Services and Ink Trading Limited and as a Trainee Accountant at Saffery Champness.

She holds a Master's degree in Accountancy from BPP University and a Bachelor´s degree in Philosophy and Pharmacology from the University of the West of England. She is also an ACCA qualified accountant.

Emma is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Matthew has five years of experience in private equity advisory, private equity and financial advisory.

Prior to joining Athos Partners, Matthew worked in private equity at Blackstone and in financial advisory at J.P. Morgan.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Syracuse University.

Matthew is fluent in English.

Stefano has one year of experience in private equity advisory, investment banking and consulting.

Prior to joining Athos Partners, Stefano worked in investment banking at UniCredit and in consulting at Deloitte and Accenture.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Manhattan College.

Stefano is fluent in Italian, English and French.

Joaquín has one year of experience in investment banking and private equity.

Prior to joining Athos Partners, Joaquín worked in investment banking at CG Capital Europe and in private equity at Arcadio Capital Investments and Veri Seed Capital.

He holds a Master's degree in Financial Markets and Institutions from CUNEF, as well as a double Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Comillas Pontifical University and University of Navarra.

Joaquín is fluent in Spanish, English and French.

Paul has one year of experience in private equity advisory and financial advisory.

Prior to joining Athos Partners, Paul worked in the financial advisory department at Celindra and Swiss Capital Financial, and in the risk department at National Bank of Romania.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bocconi University.

Paul is fluent in Italian, English and Romanian.

Magnus has one year of experience in private equity advisory, M&A and private equity.

Prior to joining Athos Partners, Magnus worked in M&A at Gould Capital and in private equity at InCite Capital Management.

He holds a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, both from the University of Virginia.

Paolo has one year of experience in private equity advisory and investment banking.

Prior to joining Athos Partners, Alexander worked in wealth management at Bel Air Investment Advisors and Morgan Stanley, as well as in financial advisory at PIMCO and Stifel.

Laurenz has three years of experience in private equity advisory, private equity, private banking and asset management. He has been involved in two fundraising and advisory mandates in Europe.

Prior to joining Athos Partners, Laurenz worked in private equity at Cross Equity Partners AG, in private banking at Julius Baer and in asset management at B&I Capital.

Álvaro has two years of experience in private equity advisory, investment banking and consulting. He has been involved in two fundraising and advisory mandates in Europe.

Prior to joining Athos Partners, Álvaro worked in investment banking at Banco Santander and in consulting at PwC and Capgemini.

He holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M), as well as a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the UC3M.

Salma has four years of experience in private equity advisory and audit. She has been involved in twelve fundraising and advisory mandates across Europe.

Prior to joining Athos Partners, Salma worked in audit at MA Global Consulting.

She holds a double degree Master in Management and MSc in Strategy & Consulting and Digital Transformation from EDHEC Business School.

Salma is fluent in Arabic, French and English.

Viktor has over twelve years of experience in private equity advisory and investment banking. He has been involved in 39 fundraising and advisory mandates across Europe.

Prior to co-founding Athos Partners, Viktor worked at Acanthus Advisers where he was responsible for deal execution and Nordic investor coverage. Before his fund placement career, he worked in the M&A department of Kaupthing Singer and Friedlander in London.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specialising in finance, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, both from Linköping University in Sweden.

Viktor speaks Swedish and English.

Paul has almost 20 years of experience in private equity advisory and management consulting. He has been involved in 45 fundraising and advisory mandates across Europe, CEE and Asia.

Prior to co-founding Athos Partners, Paul worked for Acanthus Advisers in London, where he was leading European fundraising mandates and supervised the team. Prior to joining Acanthus, Paul worked in the Deloitte Fund Placement Team headquartered in London.

Paul started his career as a management consultant covering a diverse spectrum of industries and functional matters in Europe and the Middle East.

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the European Business School (EBS) in Oestrich-Winkel.

Paul is fluent in German, English and French.
