Viktor has over twelve years of experience in private equity advisory and investment banking. He has been involved in 46 fundraising and advisory mandates across Europe.

Prior to co-founding Athos Partners, Viktor worked at Acanthus Advisers where he was responsible for deal execution and Nordic investor coverage. Before his fund placement career, he worked in the M&A department of Kaupthing Singer and Friedlander in London.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specialising in finance, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, both from Linköping University in Sweden.

Viktor speaks Swedish and English.

Paul has almost 20 years of experience in private equity advisory and management consulting. He has been involved in 54 fundraising and advisory mandates across Europe, CEE and Asia.

Prior to co-founding Athos Partners, Paul worked for Acanthus Advisers in London, where he was leading European fundraising mandates and supervised the team. Prior to joining Acanthus, Paul worked in the Deloitte Fund Placement Team headquartered in London.

Paul started his career as a management consultant covering a diverse spectrum of industries and functional matters in Europe and the Middle East.

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the European Business School (EBS) in Oestrich-Winkel.
